Self doubt is not only faced by adults but also by children\’s or we can also say it begins from there. My parents are not happy with me, am I not a good child? Is there any problem with me? I am unable to score good marks, does that mean I can’t do anything? Why do these people always make fun of me or tease me? These are the very few examples of what children must be having in their mind and these if not resolved early will always stay with them. There’s always a solution to each and every problem and here are few ways which they can apply to get out of this situation and know that there is no problem with them.

1)First of all, trust yourself. That there is nothing wrong with you.

3)Whenever in confusion, talk to yourself.
4)Embrace what you have because that makes you unique.
5)Spend time with people who genuinely believe in you and always lift you upwards.
6)Stop comparing yourself.
7)Don’t put a question mark on yourself.
8)Remember what and how you have crossed obstacles and consider it as your achievement.
