In collaboration with the principal of Royal Mount Lucknow, we hosted an interactive session that centered on mental health awareness. At RAS Academy, we led a session focused on mental health awareness, offering students practical knowledge on managing emotional health, stress reduction, and maintaining overall well-being. Bal Health Mela - Mental Health Awareness and Community Support

The Bal Health Mela, organized by Safe Society, focused on promoting mental health and community well-being. We set up informative stalls to raise awareness about mental health issues, offering support and guidance to over 80+ students from various organizations. The event highlighted the importance of mental wellness in daily life and encouraged the community to support one another’s mental health needs.

S.S.J.D INTER COLLEGE - Enhancing Mental Health Awareness Among Students

At SSJD School, we conducted an impactful awareness session for students, focusing on mental health, emotional well-being, and the significance of self-care. Through open discussions and activities, we aimed to reduce stigma around mental health and promote a culture of support and empathy among the students.

In collaboration with Desai Trust and Monika Ma’am, we celebrated Women’s Day by conducting a mental health awareness session focusing on the unique challenges women face. The session emphasized the importance of self-care, emotional resilience, and mental well-being, empowering women to prioritize their mental health and thrive in both personal and professional spheres.

Nagar Palika Parishad Sitapur - Employee Mental Health Awareness Session

We conducted a session for the employees of Nagar Palika Parishad Sitapur under the guidance of EO Vaibhav Tripathi and Chairman Mrs. Neha Awasthi. This session focused on mental health awareness, stress management, and emotional well-being in the workplace. It aimed to equip employees with the knowledge and tools to maintain their mental health, enhancing both personal and professional lives.

Antardhvani – A Community Event for Mental Health Exploration

Antardhvani was a unique mental health event aimed at helping youth and community members reconnect with themselves. The theme, “Solitude Discovering the Self,” included expressive sessions, interactive games, reflection circles, and self-discovery tools. It promoted emotional awareness, mindfulness, and open conversations around mental well-being, helping normalize mental health dialogue in informal spaces.

Florence Nightingale School – Student-Centered Mental Health Awareness Session

At Florence Nightingale School, we conducted a mental health awareness session focused on emotional understanding and resilience. Through interactive discussions and activities, we addressed academic stress, emotional regulation, and seeking support. Integral University – Relaxation Session & Awareness Stall

As part of Integral University’s mental health awareness initiatives, Swaadrishya conducted a live relaxation session for students and staff, guiding them through simple but effective techniques for stress reduction and mindfulness. Alongside the session, we set up an interactive stall that offered engaging tools, resources, and information to promote mental health awareness. The initiative was well-received, encouraging deeper conversations and curiosity around emotional well-being on campus.
